Worship

Shinsōhonbu, Hikari no Sato and Hikari no Yakata consist of the main kigan area (the place of worship) to Kami, where shinja speak their honest feelings to Kami hoping for their kokoro to be purified and settled.  A calm and balanced kokoro will bring out our potentials as well as a positive attitude to live an enjoyable life.  There is also the area to pay respect to the deceased and ancestors, to show and let them know that we are doing fine.  This will make the deceased and ancestors feel relieved, and consequently make ourselves anchored and healthy.
